About Me
My name is Daniel Ziegler and I’m a licensed and insured massage therapist in the state of Washington. Growing up playing sports I have always had a deep connection with my own body and have focused a lot of energy into maintaining a healthy lifestyle. After receiving many massages in my time as an athlete, I graduated school at the Northwest Academy for the Healing Arts in the fall of 2019 and I’ve worked full time as a LMT ever since! Whether you’re looking to recover from injuries or just wanting to relax I would be happy to help you out.
What I Provide
I am bringing Bellingham the benefits of massage, yoga, and exercise all in one place. Whether you are looking for a quick tune up, or would like to work on a long term path to a healthier body, I would be happy to help. My style of massage works deep into your muscle tissues and fascia to help work out any lingering tension, while keeping you in a relaxed parasympathetic state. If you would like to work on your mobility and joint strength, then book a Functional Range Massage and Mobility session with me so we can take time going over different exercises that will help you reach your mobility goals.
Continuing Education
Since I have graduated massage school I have continued to expand my knowledge as much as I can to help out my clients. I have taken continuing education classes in sports massage and craniosacral therapy. In 2021 I completed my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at Gypsea Yoga School in Costa Rica. In 2022 I completed my Personal Trainer Certification through the American Counsel on Exercise. In April of 2023 I finished my 100 hour Steel Mace Vinyasa Teacher training through Flow Shala and I now teach SMV classes at on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Most recently I have become a Functional Range Conditioning mobility specialist through the Functional Range Seminars organization. I will be continuing to further my education through this group, as they have very affective methods for helping people restore functional range patterns and get out of pain.
